Together we’ll get through this. Your health is what we care about most.

Getting the care you need is more important now than ever. During this era of COVID-19, Sacramento’s hospitals and medical centers are committed to keeping you healthy and safe when you need care. Life may be on pause, but your health isn’t. We know health care shouldn’t wait, and if you or your family need care, we’re ready to meet your health care needs.

Sacramento area hospitals are working together and taking many new steps to help make sure people can stay safe as they seek health care. These include restricting the number of visitors who can be in a hospital, screening employees and visitors at building entrances, increased cleaning processes inside buildings, physical distancing around other people, use of face-covering masks, and in many cases, pre-testing patients for COVID-19 prior to surgical procedures being performed.

If you need health care services, we strongly encourage you to call a trusted health care provider like your doctor’s office, a hospital or an urgent care center. Many issues can be addressed with informed guidance, prescriptions or even a remote tele-medicine appointment.

Should it be appropriate for you to come to one of our facilities, rigorous safeguards and many new protocols are in place. You can learn more on our partner hospital sites about what Sacramento’s hospitals are doing to help keep patients, health care workers and our community safe from infections of all types. Working together, we’re all helping to reduce the rate of COVID-19 infections and make Sacramento a healthy place to live.
